CITY COIN LAUNDRY SDN. BHD. is seeking a talented Human Resource Executive to join our dynamic team in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimising our human capital, ensuring our company thrives in the fast-paced Consulting & Generalist HR industry.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and offboarding
• Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance employee engagement and productivity
• Managing employee records, benefits administration, and compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
• Collaborating with department heads to identify and address staffing needs, performance management, and career development
• Organising and facilitating employee training and development programmes
• Providing HR support and guidance to employees and managers, addressing any HR-related inquiries or concerns
• Assisting with the implementation of HR initiatives, such as employee recognition programmes and team-building activities

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the Consulting & Generalist HR industry
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Adaptable to change and committed to continuous learning and improvement
