Human Resource Executive

Responsibilities

• Responsible and support for full spectrum of Human Resource function.
• Update and maintain employee record in SAP system.
• Assist for staff payroll and statutory deduction.
• Involve in job interview, recruitment and sourcing.
• Conduct orientation for new hires.
• Monitor and execute on training & development activities.
• Update on company policies according to the Malaysia Labor Act.
• Other jobs assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements

• The candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree. Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• At least 2 years working experience in HR field will be an added advantage.
• Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Human Resource Management.
