Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Training & Development: Organize training programs, prepare PowerPoint presentations for internal HR initiatives, and support employee growth plans.
• Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, handle grievances, and support conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Achieve at least Diploma certificate in Human Resource or related field.
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources; experience in recruitment, payroll, or employee relations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, for creating presentations and reports.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
