Human Resource Executive

Vspeed Worldwide Express Sdn Bhd is a company under Vspeed group holding. We are specialists in international logistics, focusing on import & export in Malaysia. We are a young and dynamic international transportation company, leading the new industry forward.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 2 years in HR field.
• Able to work independently, efficiently with minimum supervision, and has high integrity and confidentiality.
• Good knowledge of the Employment Act.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with all levels of staff.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of human resource and administration functions, which include recruitment, training and development, performance monitoring, payroll, and employee counselling.
• Prepare and maintain reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of people development.
• Ensure timely hiring of the right employees to meet operational manpower needs and manage the re-deployment of staff to support critical business issues.
• Assist in the review, recommendation, and implementation of compensation and benefit schemes.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the Management.
