HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE

KLEBANG GROUP is seeking a talented and experienced Human Resource Executive to join our team in Melaka. This full-time role is crucial in supporting the development and execution of our HR strategy, enabling us to attract, develop and retain top talent. As our Human Resource Executive, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our HR operations and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting with the entire employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and offboarding
2. Make payroll, manage KWSP etc.
3. Administering and maintaining employee records, HR systems and processes
4. Providing HR advice and support to managers and employees on a range of HR-related matters
5. To develop and implement HR policies, programmes and initiatives
6. Assisting with the coordination of employee engagement activities and events
7. Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
8. Making clerical work including contacting the LPPSA, JPPH and related parties regarding the LPPSA/Housing Loan project

What we're looking for

1. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
2. 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
3. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation and HR information systems
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and HR information systems
7. A proactive, organised and detail-oriented approach to work
