Job description

Job Responsibility

  1. Payroll checking, data entry, and paying out of salaries on time.
  2. Process monthly payroll and prepare timely submissions of statutory.
  3. Assist and coordinate the hiring process, recruitment advertisement.
  4. Update and maintain accurate personnel records and proper filing system.
  5. Monitor employees’ attendance, leave application, and performance.
  6. Assist in managing staff insurance.
  7. Conduct employee performance reviews.
  8. Prepare all HR letters.
  9. Conduct orientation program and briefing for new employees.
  10. Perform all admin tasks and other duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
  2. Able to speak in English and Mandarin.
  3. At least 3-4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  4. Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
  5. Good knowledge of employment and labor laws.
  6. Ability to handle daily employee issues and needs, adept at communication and problem solving.
  7. Demonstrated experience in HR administration, familiarity with recruitment, employee relations management, compensation, and benefits.
