- Handling EP or PVP related matter for China Expatriates
- Handling recruitment (Make recruitment advertisements, interviews, filtering candidates, recruit through various platform)
- Handling staff disciplinary issue
- Candidate must possess Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Administration or equivalent
- Required Skill(s): Excel, Word
- Minimum 2 years of HR senior executive/assistant manager experience
- Comprehensive HR knowledge, especially hands-on experience
- Good working knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, statutory requirements, and best human resource practices
- Able to work under stress and independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin preferred as the role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speakers.
