Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
Job Description:
Provide day-to-day HR administration and operational support to the HR Team in Singapore and Malaysia.
Support recruitment activities (prepare and administering the signing of Contract, process work pass application/renewal). Ensure effectiveness and completeness in a timely manner.
Assist in preparation of letters.
Assist in processing medical claims, insurance invoices, clinic funds.
Maintain HR database & records, contact list, and ensure information are updated regularly.
Support and maintain the creation and termination of IDMS and HRIS user account and data updating.
Support payroll processing in payroll data entry, timesheet data checking and adjustment.
Provide support to employees with HRIS matters (e.g. login issue, adjustment of clock in/out timing, leave matters etc).
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Key Requirement:
At least 2 years work experience in administration and/or HR field
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Positive attitude and able to work independently
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
Organized, detail oriented and results driven individual
Possess pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills
Some knowledge of Singapore employment law is an added advantage
Required languages: English & Mandarin (We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking management)
