About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Administrator to join our growing team in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan. This full-time role will be responsible for handling a range of HR and Administrative duties to support our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records and data in our HR information system
• Assist with employee benefits administration, including leave, allowances and other programmes.
• Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
• Support the Management team with various administrative tasks, government liaison tasks and projects.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant HR policies and employment legislation

What we're looking for

• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in an HR administrative role, preferably within a similar industry (manufacturing).
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
• Proficient in using HR-related software and Microsoft Office applications
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Tertiary / Diploma qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of the Mandarin language is preferable due to presence of overseas production specialists in the Company.
