Job description
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.
  • Handle payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Support HR functions such as performance management, training, and policy implementation.
  • Collaborate with department supervisors to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Conduct background checks and verify employment documents.

Job Requirement

Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment and payroll processing. Proven experience in high-volume hiring and talent acquisition.

Languages: Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Malay.

Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations. Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
