Hub Manager - Last Mile, SPX Express (Kudat, Sabah)

Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required

Working location: Kudat 89050, Sabah

1. Lead and establish operation processes in the hub during start-up phase
2. Track, monitor and ensure on-time shipment delivery from picked up to end customer
3. Manage and hire Staff / Subcon / Part time driver / rider
4. Handle cash on delivery money and ensure to bank-in everyday
5. Coordinate between hub, warehouse outbound and linehaul for smooth operation
6. Work closely with customer service and assist on handling customer request
7. Control inventory and take care of every shipment to reduce the risk of missing and damaged parcel
8. Manage and ensure hub is meeting 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardise, Sustain) standard

1. Diploma / Degree in Logistic Warehousing, Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageous
2. At least 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics operations is preferred.
3. Candidates currently based in Sabah and legally allowed to work in accordance with state law requirements are encouraged to apply
4. Basic Microsoft Excel skills required, along with general computer proficiency
5. Familiarity with postcodes / routing / mapping would be of good use
6. Excellent leadership and communication skills
7. Ability to deal with ambiguous situations
8. Fast learner, comfortable with a dynamic environment
