Your tasks and responsibilities:

1. You are responsible for compliance of Siemens FRG, accounting instructions, closing guidelines.
2. You are responsible to implement accounting guideline and policy updates/changes and timely communication of information.
3. You are responsible to conduct accounting trainings and refresher courses to ensure quality knowledge in organization.
4. You are responsible to address accounting queries, preparation of accounting memo and review of journal vouchers.
5. You are responsible to review content and analysis of financial statements, timely alignment with management and business.
6. You are responsible to ensure completeness of monthly and quarterly closing activities and requirements, timely delivery of financials Esprit and Adstar.
7. You are responsible to coordinate external and internal financial audits and support related queries and preparation of audit schedules and information.
8. You are responsible to ensure operations service quality, timeliness, and effectiveness.
9. You are responsible to support digitalization initiatives and improvements in accounting processes and procedures and implement global initiatives.
10. You are responsible to execute internal controls in operations and support implementation of measures to remediate deficiencies.
11. You are responsible to contribute to teams’ collaboration and communication, high performance culture.

Your qualifications and experience:

1. You shall have strong technical accounting background and knowledge on various accounting, finance and reporting methodologies and procedures.
2. You shall have degree in accounting, professional accounting qualification.
3. You shall have 2-3 years working experience in financial audits.
4. You shall have experience in general accounting function with exposure to business requirements and interfaces. Experience in working in multinational environment SAP FICO.

Your attributes and skills:

1. You have learning attitude.
2. Good command over English and Malay language.
