Lead, execute and manage the development and deployment of the structured projects HSE management system and programs to meet project objectives through rigor and control in standardization and implementation, stakeholder commitment, and COMPANY governance to ensure HSE project performance and maximize COMPANY value creation & support in the delivery of projects.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Degree in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), Engineering or Science.
Possess SHO Certificate of Attendance from a training provider recognized by DOSH.
Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in project or operations, preferably in oil and gas, with a minimum of 5 years in HSE functions.
Experience in onshore/offshore capital project construction.
Manage and monitor HSE compliance & requirements in projects.
Public relations and communication skills with various stakeholders (MPM, Asset Owner, Authorities, etc.).
Review and provide technical advice on HSE documentation and execution of project activities.
Incident Management Techniques, i.e., Root Cause Analysis, TOPSET, Tripod Beta, etc.
Risk Management, i.e., HER, CAC, Bow-Tie, HIRARC, SWIFT, etc.
Well conversed in HSEMS and Assurance (ISO 45001, 14001, 9001, COMPANY HSEMS).
