Huntsman Corporation is now looking for a dynamic individual as a HRIS Analyst – Reporting.

The Huntsman HR Technology Team is looking for the right person to join us and make a difference as a Workday reporting expert! We are looking for someone with Workday reporting skills to help us on our journey of creating reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide actionable and insightful information to our executives, managers, and associates. We are looking for the right individual who is passionate about understanding what people need from our analytics and dashboards, “why” they want it and “how” they will use it. Ensuring that we provide meaningful information to our stakeholders. While reporting will be the primary responsibility, you will also have the opportunity to build skills in the areas of: HCM, Comp, Recruiting, security, eib’s, integrations, etc. Further, you will coordinate enhancements to and maintenance of our ServiceNow tool for H. We need an individual who wants to help us create for today with an eye toward the future!

The ideal candidate will be located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

As a HRIS Analyst – Reporting you will:

  1. Build Workday solutions and answer “how” and “why” questions:
  2. Create/Improve reports, dashboards, analytics, calc fields
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve global problems with reports, dashboards, discovery boards, etc
  4. Use your consultative skills to understand the questions being asked, why they are being asked and how to best answer them
  5. Partner and collaborate with people across many departments (e.g. HRBP’s, Comp, Payroll, Recruiting, etc.) on projects large and small
  6. Support global day-to-day activities
  7. Share your knowledge about reporting with others

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

  1. 2+ years of Workday knowledge: reporting, discovery boards, analytics, HCM, Security, Recruiting, Talent, etc
  2. 2+ years of experience supporting HR teams in an HRIS role
  3. Experience with a ticket management tool (Service Now experience a plus)
  4. Effective at gathering and documenting the “real” requirements and turning requirements into solutions
  5. Able to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  6. Familiar with upgrade reviews and testing
