Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop recruitment plans, post job openings, organize interviews, and ensure fair selection.
  2. Training and Development: Assess training needs, design courses, select appropriate trainers, and evaluate training effectiveness.
  3. Performance Management: Develop performance evaluation systems, guide departments in assessments, and provide feedback to help employee development.
  4. Compensation and Benefits Management: Research market salary levels, design benefits plans, and improve employee satisfaction.
  5. Employee Relations Management: Maintain a positive work environment, handle employee complaints and conflicts.
  6. Policy Formulation and Execution: Develop and update HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws, and train employees and management regularly.
  7. Talent Management: Identify and nurture high-potential employees, and develop succession plans.
  8. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze HR data, and provide data support for management decisions.
  9. Office Management: Oversee daily office operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  10. Budget Management: Manage the office and administrative budget to ensure resources are used efficiently.
  11. Records Management: Organize and maintain company records and employee files, ensuring confidentiality.
  12. Facilities Management: Ensure the office is well-maintained and coordinate repairs or services with vendors.
  13. Compliance and Legal Documentation: Ensure the company follows relevant regulations and maintains necessary legal documents.
  14. Communication and Coordination: Facilitate communication between departments and handle internal/external correspondence.
  15. Event Planning: Plan and organize company events, meetings, and team activities.
  16. Support to Management: Provide administrative support to management, including scheduling meetings and handling travel arrangements.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field with relevant working experience in HRBP HR management field.
  2. Minimum 8 years and above of relevant work experience.
  3. Able to communicate fluently in Chinese, English and Malay.
  4. Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office applications - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  5. Familiar with employment act.
  6. Exhibits integrity, a commitment to continuous learning, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
