Responsibilities:

  • To reconcile overseas payroll by liaising with payroll agent and submitting data entry for payroll processing.
  • To assist superior in annual market analysis for employee benefits such as group personal accident, group hospitalisation insurance and group term life, allowances, etc.
  • Fully in charge of payroll administration for employees below manager level to ensure timeliness and accuracy for manager's review.
  • Ensure employee contributions and deductions comply with EPF, LHDN, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, and other statutory or non-statutory authorities.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation issues including employee medical and benefit claims, confirmations, annual appraisals, bonus payouts, share options, and share grants.
  • Administer e-HR system and carry out improvement plans for system enhancement and settings.
  • Attend to employees' queries regarding payroll matters.
  • Prepare letters pertaining to compensation & benefits such as annual increments, confirmations, certifications, etc.
  • Assist in arranging company events, functions, annual dinners, trips, etc.
  • Create and maintain employee data in eHR system and maintain filing system and employee profiles under data protection management policy.
  • Check time attendance and leave management data to ensure accuracy of payroll.
  • Assist manager in updating compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Prepare reports as requested by government or professional bodies such as headcount and payroll analysis.
  • Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
  • Comply with all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedures, work instructions, policies, and guidelines provided by the company.

Requirements:

  • At least a degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Willing to work in a fast-growing company and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Language: English, Malay & Mandarin required to communicate with overseas partners.
  • Able to start work immediately or within 1 month.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Positive attitude and aggressiveness.
