Job Description:
Identify and source appropriate talent for current and future open roles within the organization.
Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.
Manage both external and internal hiring efforts (internal recruitment includes assessment of employees from Biocon India) for middle management or more senior roles.
Optimize the use of social media for passive candidate sourcing and proactively build a robust candidate pipeline for critical and “start-up” roles.
Increase employer branding by contacting universities and attracting graduates for project-based or entry-level programs. Participate actively in employment events such as career fairs and other industry-relevant events to increase the visibility of Biocon.
Effectively track applicants through the selection phase right up to onboarding.
Work cohesively and collaboratively to ensure a seamless experience for potential candidates.
Counsel candidates on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
Keep abreast of market situations and make the best use of the information for the benefit of the company.
Prepare recruitment reports to keep tabs on costs involved, timelines for recruiting, etc.
Undertake/assist in HR ad-hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned by superiors.
Work effectively as a team member with the management team and the human resources staff.
