Work Experience

• Over 3 years of comprehensive human resources experience in a Malaysian company.
• Experience in serving multinational or large companies is highly preferred.

Professional Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and regulations.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources or other related fields.

Language Requirements

• Proficient in Malay
• Fluent in Chinese

Job Description

• Implementation of HR System:
  • Assist in the implementation of Malaysia’s company human resources system.
  • Collaborate with headquarters to ensure alignment with global HR strategies.
• Compensation Management:
  • Take charge of salary settlement process, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Oversee leave management, insurance-related matters, and other aspects of employee compensation.
• Recruitment:
  • Manage the recruitment process of the Malaysian office.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and execute effective recruitment strategies.
• Meal subsidy.
