We're looking for a PeoplePulse Support Center Representative to join our team.
As a PPSC Partner, you will be in charge of customer interaction, delivering transactional and specialist HR services – administration, onboarding, and overall Employee Lifecycle. You will report to the PPSC Team Leader and you will be based at UOA Shah Alam.
Main Responsibilities
- Use procedures, policy manuals, and other reference materials available via the knowledge management tool to assist in answering and resolving employee and manager inquiries by phone and web chat in real time.
- Process new hires, movement, employee status changes, and other employee events in Workday.
- Communicate and educate customers on HR policies, procedures, and related government regulations, including proper utilization of the PeoplePulse Support Center and associated resources, such as the employee-facing portal.
- Collaborate with the local HR team to deliver high-quality services that are compliant with global standards and meet business expectations.
- Triage employee inquiries and manage escalation to functional specialists when in-depth functional knowledge is required or to third-party vendors/outsourced providers, as necessary.
- Maintain employee files and records to meet defined requirements.
- Continuously improve HR-related processes via improvement projects.
- Update process-related documentation, employing language and knowledge expertise.
Qualifications- Professional fluency in English is required.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a customer service representative in a call center environment.
- Good communication skills and customer service attitude.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, focus on solution.
- Continuous Improvement mindset.
