Position Overview:

The HR Sr Analyst looking after automation and adoption is a crucial role in supporting the Sr Director, People Solutions Experience (PSX) by optimizing our HR technology (Workday) footprint, looking at end-to-end journeys that our employees go through and driving simpler and more consumer-level experiences. This role collaborates closely with our People Experience and HR Global Business services teams to drive issues down the tiers and into user self-service. Will also be the key point of contact for our Automation and Adoption technology stack, creating, managing and upskilling others in the practice, driving efficiency and effectiveness in HR processes. This role will also support strategic initiatives and contribute to the long-term roadmap and governance of HR technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and implement digital adoption solutions using tools to enhance user experience and drive adoption of Workday and wider HR Suite across the organization.
  2. Create interactive guides, walkthroughs, and other in-app assistance to support employees and managers in using Workday effectively for various HR processes (e.g., onboarding, benefits enrollment, performance management).
  3. Analyze user behavior and identify areas where automation and adoption solutions can improve efficiency, reduce errors, and increase self-service capabilities.
  4. Collaborate with PSX team, GBS Towers, HR COE subject matter experts, and IT to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration with Workday.
  5. Continuously monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions, gathering feedback and adjusting to optimize performance and user satisfaction.
  6. Stay up to date on industry best practices and emerging trends in digital adoption platforms and HR technology.

Skills & Experience:

  1. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical and functional information to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
  2. Proven project management skills with experience leading system implementations and managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
  3. Ability to support strategic initiatives and contribute to long-term planning and governance of HR technology. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system issues.

Qualifications/Education:

  1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in managing HRIS implementation and maintenance, preferably in a global organization.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with the ability to align them with HRIS capabilities.
  4. Knowledge of Adoption and Automation tooling (UIPath, WalkMe, Pendo, WhatFix, etc).
  5. Proficient in HRIS systems specifically Workday with Service Now being preferred.
  6. Strong project management skills, with experience leading system implementations and managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
  7. Deep understanding of the Workday platform, including system design, complex configurations, dashboard development, business processes, and security.
  8. Experience implementing multiple Workday modules and managing inter-system data transfers and integrations.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams.
