HR Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and enhance our HR operations across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will excel in fostering a positive company culture, managing cross-country recruitment, driving employee training and development, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and practices. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to manage talent, optimize resources, and align HR initiatives with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Company Culture and Development:
   • Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with the organization’s values and vision.
   • Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
   • Act as a cultural ambassador, ensuring consistency across all offices and countries.
2. Interview and Hiring Across Countries:
   • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across multiple regions.
   • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and source top talent.
   • Implement best practices in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
3. Training and Development:
   • Design and implement employee training programs to foster growth and skill enhancement.
   • Identify training needs and develop resources for continuous learning and leadership development.
   • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and adjust strategies as needed.
4. Payroll and Benefits:
   • Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
   • Manage employee benefits programs and regularly review to maintain competitiveness.
   • Ensure compliance with country-specific payroll and benefits regulations.
5. HR Policies and Compliance:
   • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to align with legal requirements and best practices.
   • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across all countries.
   • Act as a point of contact for legal or compliance-related HR issues.
6. Budget and Resource Planning:
   • Plan and manage the HR budget effectively, including recruitment, training, and employee programs.
   • Optimize resource allocation to support organizational growth and operational efficiency.
7. Talent Management:
   • Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
   • Oversee performance management processes, including KPIs, appraisals, and employee development plans.
   • Work on succession planning to ensure leadership continuity within the organization.

Qualifications:

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration is a plus.

Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience in an HR leadership role, preferably in a multi-country or regional capacity.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance across various countries.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
