HR Recruitment Specialist/Senior Recruitment

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the recruitment of internal talents according to the personnel process;
2. According to the existing establishment and business development needs, assist the superior to determine the recruitment goals, summarize the number of job requirements and the number of personnel requirements, formulate and implement the recruitment plan;
3. Publish job demand information, open up recruitment channels, and do a good job in company image promotion;
4. Screen, search and recommend resumes according to the job description and communicate the intentions of candidates;
5. Responsible for following up the recruitment process such as interview arrangements and interview feedback.

Job Requirements:

1. Proficient in Mandarin and English, with good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
2. More than two years of recruitment experience;
3. Good at communicating with people, good logical thinking ability and adaptability, and full of team spirit.
