Job description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for various roles across the organization. You will work closely with the company to understand their staffing needs, build effective sourcing strategies, and ensure that we are attracting and hiring the best talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Understand the specific requirements of each role and create job descriptions and specifications.
  2. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
  3. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit for both the role and company culture.
  4. Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  5. Utilize recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn, etc.) to maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
  6. Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and labor market conditions.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or in a similar role.
  2. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to better serve our Mandarin-speaking customers.
  3. Ability to work independently.
  4. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment.
  5. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and tools.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  8. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  9. Applicants must possess their own transport.
  10. Applicants must be willing to work in Batu 11, Jalan Cheras, Kajang.
