● Handle mass hiring for general worker, cashier, packer, production operator, f&b crew.
● Apply active and passive ways to source suitable candidates.
● Advertise vacancies across social media resources.
● Screen resumes & perform phone interviews with candidates.
● Communicate client company information and benefits with candidates.
● Schedule and coordinate interview arrangements with candidates.
● Follow up on the interview process status.
● Project coordination in terms of attendance and disciplinary issues.
● Strategize and execute new initiatives for more effective sourcing (such as job flyers distribution, job portal, school recruitment, referral program, social media recruitment, etc.)
Min Qualification:
Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
