As we embark on an exciting transformation journey, we seek an individual who is passionate about crafting meaningful user experience programs, enhancing current processes, and spearheading the creation of innovative programs aligned with our organizational objectives.

You will partner with local and global teams to lead or execute Business Programs such as vendor management, DEI initiatives, training, and development to build organizational capabilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving process improvement, automation, business analytics, and adopting new solutions to increase operational efficiency.

The person is required to work collaboratively with the HR community and various business leaders and stakeholders to plan and execute various programs and activities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a multi-national environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, highly competent presenter, and able to communicate and influence all levels of employees.
  • Must be able to design, develop, and implement training plans and learning classes.
  • Good collaboration skills and adaptable to a fast-paced multi-cultural environment.
