Job description

Job Description:

  1. Co-ordinate administration for HR related matters.
  2. Prepare employment offer letters.
  3. Assist in conducting pre-employment checks.
  4. Maintain and update HR related information and documents in the system.
  5. Assist in scheduling interviews as per approved guidelines when required.
  6. Process and generate the interview booking and details in Workday.
  7. Assist and process interview rescheduling as and when required.
  8. Check and confirm that all the details are correctly generated by the system.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  3. 1-3 years of experience in HR Administration processes, preferably in a shared service environment.
  4. Proven administrative support experience.
  5. Demonstrates knowledge and/or experience in human resources and case management systems - SAP/Workday.
