HR Process Executive - Administration

Job Description:
- Co-ordinate administration for HR related matters.
- Prepare employment offer letters.
- Assist in conducting pre-employment checks.
- Maintain and update HR related information and documents in the system.
- Assist in scheduling interviews as per approved guidelines when required.
- Process and generate the interview booking and details in Workday.
- Assist and process interview rescheduling as and when required.
- Check and confirm that all the details are correctly generated by the system.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR Administration processes, preferably in a shared service environment.
- Proven administrative support experience.
- Demonstrates knowledge and/or experience in human resources and case management systems - SAP/Workday.
