We are looking for an experienced HR Executive who has experience in a manufacturing company. You would be responsible for the full spectrum of HR including Payroll, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Talent Management, and Training Development.
To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of HR best practices, excellent knowledge of payroll administration, strong analytical skills, and exceptional attention to detail. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be interacting with employees at all levels of the organization. The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity is vital in this role.
