HR & Payroll Executive

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive who has experience in a manufacturing company. You would be responsible for the full spectrum of HR including Payroll, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Talent Management, and Training Development.

To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of HR best practices, excellent knowledge of payroll administration, strong analytical skills, and exceptional attention to detail. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be interacting with employees at all levels of the organization. The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity is vital in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain HR relevant policies and guidelines, employee handbook, and process documentation.
• Provide guidance, counsel, and support to teams in the organization structure and manpower planning.
• Oversee the pre-screening, interview, assessment, and hiring of potential candidates.
• Ensure payroll compliance, timely and accurate execution of monthly payroll and statutory payments.
• Handle monthly payroll-related matters (e.g., Driver Trip Allowance, Welding Incentive calculation, submit EPF, Income Tax, Sosco, HRD, etc.).
• Undertake ad hoc tasks when required.
• ISO 9001, OSHA 45001 knowledge is an advantage.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• Good communication skills (written & oral) in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Experience with EPE (Easy Pay) is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Preferably an Executive specialized in Human Resources.
• Possess strong knowledge of the labour law and other statutory requirements.
• Self-motivated & excellent attributes and able to work independently.
• Able to start work immediately or with short notice.
• Willing to work at Gelang Patah Johor Bahru.
