Job Responsibilities

  1. Partner with the business team to support the people strategy for business growth.
  2. Collaborate with HR Centre of Excellence (COEs) and specialists to provide comprehensive HR solutions and support to the business team.
  3. Develop and deliver HR strategy for meeting business needs.
  4. Provide advice and support to business leaders and managers on strategic HR matters, including organizational design and restructuring, talent management, and career development.
  5. Deliver cyclical HR initiatives for the business segment, such as strategic recruiting, workforce planning, new hire training, performance review, talent review, succession planning, and compensation planning and review.
  6. Develop and review HR policies to ensure they are up to date.
  7. Provide sound guidance, professional support, and advisory to managers and employees in employee relations, disciplinary management, career development, and diagnostic related issues.
  8. Handle full spectrum of recruitment processes from talent sourcing to onboarding.
  9. Build and maintain a competitive talent database for the company.
  10. Partner with the business to forecast and plan for manpower requirements to ensure adequate supply of talent.
  11. Conduct and ensure implementation of effective induction/orientation/onboarding programs for new employees.
  12. Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions.
  13. Work effectively with stakeholders and hiring managers on requirements for new and current requisitions, ensuring that job descriptions are accurate and up to date.
  14. Create employer branding for the company and work with universities on fresh graduates and internship hiring.
  15. Develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends.
  16. Provide insightful data and analytics on responsible HR areas to enable the business to make fact-based and strategic decisions on people-related topics.
  17. Promote and improve the efficiency of human resources operations and participate/lead in human resource projects.
  18. Strategize and review evaluations of training courses, objectives, and accomplishments to ensure company objectives are met.
  19. Design, develop, and facilitate internal training programs.
  20. Consult with stakeholders on performance, career growth, organizational, and leadership matters.
  21. Conduct training needs assessments to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
  22. Strategize and implement coaching/mentoring programs across staff levels.
  23. Assess effectiveness of Learning and Development initiatives and programs.
  24. Support Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for all departments and develop the Annual Training Plan.
  25. Oversee and manage training records, data in the SF system, HRDF claims processes, and payment for training vendors.
