Job description
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  1. Handle day-to-day maintenance and update of global/local HR database/systems
  2. Administer the employee lifecycle; including but not limited to new hire processes, internal change or contract amendment and termination processes. Manage other general administrative tasks where HR operations support is required.
  3. Initiate and execute administration process changes as part of the continuous improvement process whenever possible.
  4. Manage end-to-end process of hiring to support specific business unit or country.
  5. Build and maintain strategic work relationships with the respective stakeholders.
  6. Collaborate with HR/shared service team members to work/troubleshoot on HR/systems related matters.

Who You Are:

Responsible for the transfer and administration of human resources programs, policies, and practices in a shared-service HR model, ensuring that the services delivered are effective and efficient while striving to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and the highest quality in service delivery.


For This Role, You Will Need:
  1. Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  2. 1-2 years relevant experience in HR shared service environment preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as well.
  3. Proactive, detail-oriented, good communication, good follow-through skills, well-organized, and eager to learn attitude.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  1. Proficient in MS Office.
  2. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
