HR Officer

About the role
AGENSI PEKERJAAN MAAISHA SDN. BHD. in Jinang Selatan, Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a motivated HR Officer. This full-time role includes comprehensive HR support, focusing on handling and submitting documents for immigration and related authorities. Opportunities for growth and development are available.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and termination.
2. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
3. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
4. Coordinate and facilitate employee engagement activities and initiatives.
5. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
7. Handle the preparation, application, and submission for immigration and related authorities.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
5. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
6. Proficient in HR software and MS Office applications.
7. Passion for HR and a commitment to contributing to the success of the organization.
