Job description

Mon to Fri: 8am to 5:45pm

Job Responsibilities:

  1. To support Attendance and Payroll Administration functions.
  2. Maintain and update all personnel records and ensure their confidentiality.
  3. Administer and update employees data into Flex system and personnel file.
  4. Handles Time Attendance Records and Leave Management.
  5. Process outsourced payroll.
  6. Calculate final salaries and tax clearance.
  7. Manage absenteeism record and conduct disciplinary actions where applicable.
  8. Facilitate air ticket bookings for foreign workers on leave passage or exit.
  9. Track work hours and work days in compliance with RBA Code of Conduct.
  10. Prepare forecast reporting to Finance.
  11. Facilitate and process insurance and SOCSO claims.

Job Requirements:

  1. Possess a Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
  2. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  3. Meticulous and have an aptitude for numbers.
  4. Good in MS Excel.
  5. Preferably candidates specializing in Human Resources in a manufacturing environment.
