Training Needs Analysis: Identify skill gaps in employees based on the company’s strategic goals and business needs to determine key training areas.
Training Plan Development: Develop annual or quarterly training plans that cover training content, delivery methods, frequency, and target participants, ensuring the training aligns with job requirements.
Course Design and Implementation: Develop or source suitable courses and materials, and arrange for professional instructors or internal trainers to deliver training. Content may include professional skills, leadership training, communication skills, etc.
Talent Pipeline Building: Reserve talent for key positions by nurturing high-potential employees through rotations, mentoring, and other methods, establishing a solid talent pipeline to ensure key positions have talent reserves.
HRDF (Human Resources Development Fund): Manage and claim.
Job Requirement:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR for at least 1 year.
