• Highly skilled in devising and executing HR strategies, policies, and protocols that closely align with the organisation overall vision.
• Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing HRMS related applications that encompass a wide range of functionalities.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations, maintaining a high standard of ethical conduct across the organisation.
• Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
