We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function. This is a standalone role, responsible for managing all aspects of HR within the company, including talent acquisition, learning and development (L&D), performance management, compensation and benefits, and general HR administration. You will have the support of an administrative assistant to assist with day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills, capable of driving HR initiatives that align with the company’s goals and foster a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
Learning & Development (L&D):
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Identify individual and team development needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Work with managers to create career development plans for employees.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers.
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans where necessary.
- Foster a feedback-driven culture to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Manage salary structures and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness.
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Develop and manage employee rewards and recognition programs.
HR Administration & Compliance:
- Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook in line with legal requirements.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Manage employee records, contracts, and HR-related documentation.
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
Culture & Employee Engagement:
- Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and company culture.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on HR matters.
- Promote workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in recruitment, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
- Ability to work independently in a standalone HR role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
