Job Responsibilities

  1. Living Arrangements for HQ (Taiwan) Expats: Assist in finding suitable accommodations for Taiwan-based employees, and manage temporary office spaces, company vehicles, and furniture arrangements during the construction phase to ensure all necessary amenities are in place.
  2. Opening Event Coordination: Collaborate with relevant team to arrange and execute an opening event.
  3. Malaysia Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans for employees traveling from Taipei to Malaysia, covering accommodations, transportation, and dining to ensure a smooth and efficient travel experience.
  4. Payroll Calculation: Handle monthly payroll calculations, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
  5. Talent Acquisition and Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to support construction and daily operations by securing high-quality talent to drive company growth.
  6. Budget and Workforce Planning: Prepare detailed budget plans based on 2025 workforce requirements to support investment incentive applications in Malaysia.
  7. Academic-Industry Collaboration Program: Drive industry-academia collaboration programs and utilize these partnerships to apply for Malaysia investment incentives.
  8. HR Policies and HRM System Implementation: Establish HR policies and launch the HRM system (including attendance and travel management) to enhance internal efficiency.
  9. Weekly Construction Project Report for Operations Department: Provide weekly updates and issue progress reports for the construction project, ensuring transparency and oversight.
  10. Administrative Approvals and Contract Review: Manage administrative processes, including contract reviews, stamp applications, procurement requests, and expense reimbursements, ensuring compliance with company regulations.
  11. Statutory Registration and Insurance: Handle EPF (Employee Provident Fund), Socso (Social Security), and other required insurance registrations to protect employee rights.
  12. Foreign Employee Residency Applications: Assist with residency applications for foreign employees, ensuring regulatory compliance.

This position is ideal for candidates with strong organizational and cross-cultural communication skills. By supporting various administrative and HR projects, you will play a key role in facilitating the company’s rapid expansion in Malaysia.


Other requirements

  1. Travel to Taiwan for business trips is required (approximately 3 months).
  2. Experience in manufacturing or technology sectors is preferred.
  3. We welcome applications from qualified candidates with relevant experience from Malaysia, or any other location, who are willing to work in Malaysia.
  4. Must be familiar with Malaysia labor law.
  5. Must have great command of English, Malay, and Mandarin.
  6. Have to take training in Taiwan in the first 3-6 months.
