Job description

Recruitment and Selection:

  1. Work with the management team to assess hiring needs and help develop new positions and job descriptions.
  2. Understanding manpower requisition from the concerned department.
  3. Preparing job advertisement (job street, newspaper, networking, banner, flyer, Facebook).
  4. Working with recruitment agencies to source candidates.
  5. Reviewing resumes and screening candidates by conducting telephone interviews.
  6. Arranging interview schedules.
  7. Conducting background verification of shortlisted candidates.
  8. Maintaining and updating the database of candidates.
  9. Preparing offer letters and appointment letters for selected candidates.
  10. Recruiting, testing, and interviewing programs like candidate selection, exit interviews, and recommending changes.
  11. Conducting exit interviews with employees leaving the company.
