Job Purpose

Lead HR initiatives that align with CCOB’s strategic goals to optimise organisational performance, elevate employee satisfaction, and drive sustainable growth. Cultivate a high performing, engaged workforce through targeted development, motivation, and retention strategies, ensuring organisational success and long-term growth.

Main Accountabilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of cultural framework to ensure it aligns with organisational goals.
  • Lead the design and implementation of talent management framework encompassing talent reviews, performance management, succession planning and alignment with learning and development initiatives.
  • Develop a comprehensive learning strategy and plans that actively support, accelerate, and steer learning initiatives to enhance employee development and organizational growth.
  • Oversee the design, review and continuous enhancement of induction and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless and impactful experience for new hires, fostering engagement and alignment with organisational culture and objectives.
  • Design workforce initiatives to address gaps and optimise organisational performance.
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including oversight of relevant outsourced areas, payroll, benefits administration, hiring and the HR Management System, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Effectively resolve employee relation issues and grievances.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related disciplines.

Experience

  • Preferably 8 - 10 years of HR experience, particularly as HR Generalist in a similar size organisation and/or similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Able to collaborate across departments and levels of the organisation
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
