Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- HR Policies: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Training and Development: Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for employees.
- Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
- HR Reporting: Prepare and maintain HR metrics and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
