Job description
  • Ensure HR roles in the organization stay value-added and play an important business partner role in supporting the growth or changes of the business.
  • Collaborate with Senior Management to enable organizational change and increase employee commitment and capability.
  • Oversee manpower planning and recruitment.
  • Establish and develop compensation and benefit schemes.
  • Protect the interests of employees and the Company in accordance with Company HR policies and government laws and regulations.
  • Direct a process of organizational planning and development throughout the Company.
  • Oversee the implementation of programs through HR staff.
  • Lead the HR department and upgrade HR staff to stay competent through organizational changes.
  • Work with corporate HR to ensure activities align with corporate business objectives as well as corporate HR objectives.
  • Ensure departmental objectives are met.
  • Design and oversee training programs to align with organizational goals, enhance employee skills, and support professional growth effectively.
  • Participate in any special projects/programs as assigned by the Company.

Possesses a strong background in training and development within the electronics industry, aligning programs with organizational goals to enhance employee skills and drive professional growth.
