Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the full spectrum of HR Management.
2. Administering and managing human resources plans for the Group.
3. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
4. Managing overall recruitment process of foreign workers and welfare. Well versed in foreign workers' overall management.
5. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
6. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
7. Responsible and hands-on in payroll administration, statutory payment, disciplinary matters and the whole daily HR tasks.
8. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
9. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
10. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
11. Liaise with government bodies.
12. Handle any ad-hoc duties as and when required by management.

Qualifications

1. Diploma/ Degree in Humanities/ Business Administration and/or other relevant qualification in this field.
2. 5 years above experience in HR Management and leading a team of HR personnel.
3. Preferable with Manufacturing and Aquaculture backgrounds.
4. People oriented and results driven.
5. Good leadership and presentation skills.
6. Proven experience with human resources metrics, knowledge of HR systems and databases, in-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
7. Possess qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Good communication skills, both written and oral: English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
9. Must be willing to travel when needed.
10. Applicants must be willing to work in Sitiawan, Perak.
