HR MANAGER

Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions.
• Plan and organize activities in HR functions that involve the establishment of manpower requirement & recruitment, training & development, performance management and formulation of Human Resource Policies, Strategies and guidelines.
• Provide HR guidance and advice to the Management on government initiatives, best practices and Employment Act.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of the payroll result and handle all HR Management Report.
• Prepare and submit statutory report.
• Responsible for full spectrum of Administration functions.
• Responsible for the social factor in the ESG framework.
• General upkeep and administration of office, factory premises and hostel upkeep.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Must have experience with foreign worker recruitment.
• Must be familiar with Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act & etc.
• Must be familiar with social audits (eg. SEDEX) and health and safety audits (ISO 45001).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Matured candidate who are resourceful, self-motivated, able to work independently and as a team are encouraged to apply.
