HR Manager

About the role

As a HR Manager at Munawwareen Holdings Sdn. Bhd., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the human resources strategy and driving the company's people-centric initiatives. Responsible for a full range of HR functions, this full-time position is based in Putrajaya.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures and programs to support the company's strategic objectives
• Overseeing the full employee life cycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and talent management
• Providing HR advisory services to management and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations and internal policies
• Identifying and implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive company culture
• Collaborating cross-functionally to drive HR-related projects and process improvements
• Analyzing HR data and providing insights to support data-driven decision making
• Managing the HR team and developing their capabilities to deliver excellent HR services

What we're looking for

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR management experience, preferably within a medium to large-sized organization
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and best practices in HR management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing HR teams
• Proficient in HR information systems and data analytics
• Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
