What You'll Do…

• Optimise HR Operations: Streamline processes for greater efficiency, ensure compliance, and enhance employee happiness.
• Inspire & Engage: Lead by example, enhance employee engagement through team-building and bonding activities, and consistently communicate EasyParcel’s values.
• Champion Our Culture: Represent EasyParcel’s values at career fairs, events, and corporate visits, inspiring a positive culture both within the organisation and externally.
• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leaders and HODs to understand their needs, offer guidance on people strategies, and drive initiatives that align with EasyParcel's goals.
• Talent Development: Identify and nurture top talent, both internal and external, offering targeted training to enhance leadership skills and support professional growth.
• Qualifications: Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Leadership Experience: 6-7 years of HR experience, building positive work cultures in fast-growing or tech-focused companies.
• Lifelong Learner: Always eager to learn and adapt to the latest HR trends and practices.
• Flexible and Adaptable: A person who easily adjusts their approach, behavior, or response to fit different situations, remaining open to change and eager to learn from new experiences.
• Innovative Thinker: Bring creative solutions and strategies for effective people management.
