Organizing and preparing all legally required labor documents, such as worker contracts and social security payment records.
Ensuring that workplace health and safety measures meet government regulations, including fire drills, safety signs, and first-aid equipment.
Participating in on-site inspections, communicating with government officials, and ensuring that all HR-related requirements meet CCC standards.
(2) Factory Operation Preparation Stage
Recruitment & Training: Developing recruitment plans, prioritizing the hiring of key personnel, and organizing onboarding training for new employees.
Labor Law Compliance: Ensuring that all employment contracts comply with Malaysian labor laws and that the company adheres to regulations such as EPF (Employees Provident Fund), SOCSO (Social Security Organization), and EIS (Employment Insurance System).
Employee Handbook & Policies: Establishing factory rules and policies, clarifying attendance, salary, leave, and performance evaluation systems.
Government Relations Management: Maintaining communication with local government and labor authorities to ensure that HR policies align with regulatory requirements.
(3) Future Government Audits & Compliance Management
Planning for and addressing potential future government audits, including inspections related to environmental, immigration, tax, and labor regulations.
Ensuring that all HR records, payroll documentation, and social security contributions are complete and meet government audit requirements.
Promoting ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management to ensure compliance with international customer requirements and government regulations.
Qualifications & Requirement:
Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of local labor laws and employment regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational skills and good communication.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Minimum 10 years of experience in HR and manufacturing.
Experience in recruitment and training is required.
Experience in conducting Domestic Inquiry (DI) is an advantage.
