HR Manager

About the role

As the HR Manager at DGSOL MARKETING, you will play a crucial role in leading the company's human resources efforts. This full-time position is based in Kuching, Sarawak and will see you managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the company hires the best talent
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support the organisation's strategic goals
• Monitor and analyse employee performance, providing feedback and support for improvement
• Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary issues
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
• Collaborate with department heads to identify and address HR-related needs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation

What we're looking for

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a HR management role, preferably in the manufacturing or service industry
• Excellent knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Mandarin is an advantage
