You’ll be responsible for overseeing our HR operations, managing employee relations, and supporting the leadership team in achieving our strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees
2. Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR issues
3. Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
4. Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and Firm's policies
5. Design and implement employee development programs
6. Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation administration
7. Foster a culture of inclusivity and employee engagement

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
2. Proven experience as a HR Manager or in a similar HR role
3. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution experience
6. Familiar with payroll panda software
