Your new role

Based in Klang, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR as a department head and lead from the front by being hands-on with support from your subordinates. For a business size of less than 100 headcounts, this role would be 80% HR Operation and 20% Department/Stakeholder Management. Your scope will include arranging training programmes, filling vacancies, working with an external system implementor and proposing retention strategies for departments facing higher turnover and others while payroll is outsourced.

What you'll need to succeed

1. Preferably 20-years of working experience and above
2. Must come from Logistics, Engineering, Trading or equivalent industries
3. Preferably from organisations with smaller workforce sizes
4. Added advantage if proficient in Cantonese/Mandarin
