We are looking for a seasoned HR Manager with broad HR generalist experience, who can lead both human resources and office operations. This role requires a strong and proactive leader to manage all HR functions while also ensuring efficient office administration, facilities management, and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to align HR and administrative functions to support business growth and a positive work culture.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters.
Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Lead performance management and employee development initiatives.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and wellness programs.
Promote a positive work environment through open communication and fair practices.
Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation programs.
Maintain HR systems, records, and HR metrics for data-driven decision-making.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
Oversee daily office operations and general administrative functions.
Manage office supplies, vendor contracts, and service providers (e.g., cleaning, building management office and maintenance).
Organize company events, meetings and internal communications.
Maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming office environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
8-10 years of progressive HR generalist experience, with proven managerial responsibilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS, familiarity with Info-Tech system is preferable.
Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Ideally good articulation of English, Malay and Mandarin.
