Recruitment & Staffing: Oversee the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
HR Systems & Payroll: Manage HR systems (payroll, leave, and attendance), handle payroll processing.
Learning & Development: Develop training plans, identify staff training needs, coordinate learning initiatives, manage training budgets, and handle HRDC claims.
Employee Benefits: Administer staff benefits, including insurance, corporate perks, and special occasion gifts, while ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Yearly Reviews & Reports: Conduct performance appraisals, manage salary reviews and bonuses, and prepare reports for management.
Policy & Compliance: Ensure consistent application of HR policies, update the handbook as needed, draft and roll out new policies, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Employee Relations: Handle grievances, disputes, and misconduct investigations while advising management on industrial relations issues.
Performance Management: Oversee system implementation for performance evaluations and provide guidance to team members.
Statutory Compliance: Stay updated on and adhere to changes in labor laws and statutory requirements, ensuring organizational compliance.
Team Development: Foster a high-performing culture by building skilled teams and promoting the company as an employer of choice.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related fields.
Strong communication skills in fluent English.
At least 4-5 years of working experience, ideally managing end-to-end HR functions.
Approximately 2-3 years of experience in team management.
