What Will You Do?
As the HR, you will serve as the crucial link between employees and management. You will be responsible for ensuring a harmonious balance that supports both employee well-being and business objectives, contributing directly to the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Payroll, EPF, SOCSO, and EA form preparation.
- Recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance.
- Arrange and conduct interviews with hiring managers.
- Act as a liaison between employees and employers to maintain clear and effective communication.
- Onboarding and offboarding.
- Implement disciplinary action when required and manage resignations or terminations.
- Monitor performance and productivity, providing timely feedback to improve business outcomes.
- Foster smooth communication within and between different teams and departments, resolving potential conflicts and creating an understanding working culture.
- Handle all documents like offer letters, confirmations, promotions, PIPs, show cause, and warning letters when required.
- Conduct investigations of misconduct of employees.
- Apply active problem-solving skills or handle any ad hoc incidents.
- Encourage employee training and development programs, ensuring continuous professional growth.
- Maintain and cultivate a positive company culture, addressing issues and nurturing employee engagement.
